These terms govern your use of COREboards, an independent analytics application operated by The Well-Designed Firm (“we,” “us”). By accessing or using COREboards, you agree to these terms.
What COREboards is
COREboards reads data from your firm's BQE CORE account via the official CORE public API and presents role-based dashboards and a timecard. COREboards is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by BQE Software, Inc. “BQE” and “CORE” are trademarks of their respective owners.
Accounts & authorization
You must have a valid BQE CORE account and the authority to connect your firm's data. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that those you invite are entitled to the access their role grants.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access data outside your authorized role or firm, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it for a competing product. We may suspend access for misuse.
Data & accuracy
COREboards displays figures derived from your CORE data and is provided “as is” for informational purposes. It is not a system of record and is not a substitute for BQE CORE, your accounting system, or professional financial advice. Verify critical figures against their source before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Well-Designed Firm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of COREboards.
