Calendar Time Capture

Data is just noise until it becomes insight.
CORE can schedule you a hundred reports, and you're still the one who has to read them, interpret them, and find the problem. COREboards is a navigator: it interprets your firm's numbers in real time, tells you what matters and what to do about it, and files the follow-up. You get your time back for the work you actually love, and it isn't reading reports.
Built by an architect with 35 years in practice, not by a software company.
The product
Practice-management software shouldn't feel like a second job.
The answers are already in CORE. COREboards hands them to you, tells you which one matters most today, and makes acting on it one click.
One CORE. A board for everyone.
A principal watches cash and backlog. A PM watches fee burn and conflicts. Staff see their own week. The same live CORE data, a different board for every seat, so nobody wades through screens built for someone else.
Click any board to open the full screen. Everyone in the firm is included.

Steered by the firms who use it. A request box lives inside the product, and firms watch their ideas ship in days, not quarters.
New every weekBenchmark
See where you stand.
You've answered the BQE Benchmarking Survey for years and wondered why you couldn't see your own firm against it. Now you can. COREboards computes 16 KPIs from your live CORE data and lines each one up against the survey, split by discipline and firm size.
No spreadsheet, no consultant, no waiting for next year's PDF. It's simply on your board, current as of this morning, with zero effort on your part.

Staffing
Staffing that already knows your contracts.
CORE's scheduling drove your PMs to Runn, Monday, or a spreadsheet: tools that feel fast but are blind to your fees, budgets, and timesheets. So every plan gets typed twice and trusted never.
COREboards plans the work on the data the work already lives on. Drag hours, not dialogs; every plan honors the contract; publish to CORE in one click. Four ways to see the same plan:
- Drag hours, not dialogs; no save button after every edit
- Overbooking flagged the moment it happens
- Every plan honors the contract and the budget
- Publish to CORE in one click; nothing typed twice
- Milestones — design reviews, approval gates, deliverables — on every phase
- Everyone sees their projects' milestones on their own My Schedule

Every project's plan — phase by phase, person by person — with fee burn and EAC on the same row. Warner is already 108% of fee and staffed past its end date; you see it here, not in a month-end surprise. Milestone weeks — a client review, an approval gate — are flagged right in the header, so you load them up before they sneak up.
Forecasting
See the revenue before it lands.
Every number comes from CORE, and every change goes back to CORE. In between, COREboards draws you the picture CORE keeps locked in a spreadsheet: the revenue curve, the phase timeline, and the what-if.
Know which projects are running over fee and which month runs short while you can still do something about it, not at year-end when the numbers are already set.
- Planned, earned, invoiced, and paid on one curve
- Earned-value per project: CPI, margin at completion
- A drag-to-reschedule phase Gantt, anchored to fee
- Toggle tentative pursuits to test the forecast

Time tracking
The timecard nobody dreads.
Logging time in CORE is a chore, so it gets done late, or guessed. COREboards turns it into something you finish in seconds. Log the classic way in a grid, or drop blocks straight onto a week calendar, and every block becomes a real CORE time entry, start and stop included.
Better still, link your calendars. Connect Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, and Apple Calendar (iCal), one or all three, and your meetings arrive on the timecard already there. COREboards suggests the project, phase, and activity for each, tells you why, and learns from every confirmation, until whole weeks show up mapped and ready. You just review and log.

Enter time the classic way or drop blocks on the calendar. Both write real CORE entries, start and stop included.

Each event gets a proposed project, phase, and activity with a plain-English reason. Nothing logs until you confirm.

Every confirmation becomes a rule, so next week's matching events show up already mapped and Ready.

Pricing
Priced by your firm, not your license count
$12 per person per month, or $120 per year with two months free. One firm subscription; everyone gets a board. No one gets bored.
$1,800per yearYou save $360 a year
15 people × $120 per person per year. Locked for 12 months; hire mid-year at no extra charge.
- Every board, every feature, unlimited sign-ins
- Staffing and resource planning with publish-back to CORE
- AI advisor guidance on every board
- Action Center and CORE to-do writeback

We count people, never CORE licenses. Shared licenses don't change your price; contract staff count like employees.
Hires and departures adjust automatically. Annual plans lock for the year and re-set at renewal.
You see the number before you buy. Connect CORE and checkout shows your exact count and exact price.
Questions firms actually ask
Who counts as a person?
Everyone who tracks time in your CORE account, whether they're employees or contract staff. If your firm runs on consultants, they count the same way, because your boards cover them the same way. Archived and deactivated people never count, no matter how many are in your system.
We share CORE licenses. Does that change our price?
No. We count people, not CORE licenses. If 17 people log time under their own names on 9 shared licenses, you're a 17-person firm to us either way. We never look at, or care about, how many CORE licenses you bought.
What happens when we hire, or when people leave?
On monthly billing, your next invoice reflects your current headcount automatically: grow and it goes up, shrink and it goes down, without you telling us anything. On annual billing, your price is locked for the full year (hire mid-year at no extra charge) and simply re-sets at renewal. You never have to “unassign” anything or call us.
Do people need their own CORE login to use COREboards?
To sign in personally, yes, since COREboards uses your CORE credentials. But your boards cover the whole firm regardless: utilization, staffing, and project data include every person whether or not they ever log in. You're paying for the picture of your firm, not for logins.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, billing starts at 8 people, so a smaller firm is billed as 8. Every plan, at every size, includes everything.
How does this compare to what we pay BQE?
Deliberately. A COREboards person costs less per month than CORE's least expensive Time & Expense seat, and unlike a seat, it covers everyone in the firm.
How did you land on the price per person?
We priced it to be an easy yes and a fast payback. COREboards isn't just dashboards: a real AI advisor reads your firm's data every day and turns it into ranked, plain-English guidance. That intelligence genuinely costs us to run, but it's where the value lives, because raw data is noise until something turns it into a decision you can act on. Priced per person, that works out to a few dollars a week each. Most firms make it back in the first few days: the time your team stops losing to CORE's own clicking, saving, and report-hunting pays for COREboards in about a day, before you count a single dollar of better collections, utilization, or staffing.
Everyone gets a board. The firm pays one bill.
